AI-Augmented Documentation Product Suite
Organization: Scriptorium Lab Services FZCO
Role: Founder & General Manager (Documentation Product Lead)
Period: Oct 2025 - Present
Context
I founded Scriptorium Lab Services as an AI-augmented content-development company focused on technical documentation, documentation quality, content transformation, and AI-ready knowledge assets.
What I designed
The product portfolio covers eight browser-based applications across the documentation lifecycle, including structured document generation, multi-model review, legacy-content migration, XML validation, FAQ generation, deterministic prompt compilation, and RAG-readiness auditing.
Representative products include Structura AI 2.0, Review AI 2.0, RAGReady Auditor 1.0, Migravia AI 1.0, FAQ Foundry 1.0, XML Validator 1.0, MathSolver AI 2.0, and AI Prompt Generator 1.0.
My ownership
- Product concept and documentation workflow design
- Docs-as-Code implementation using GitHub, Markdown, MkDocs, GitHub Pages, YAML, and CI/CD
- Human-in-the-loop checkpoints for review and publication
- Evidence traceability and validation concepts
- Privacy checks and structured exports
- AI-assisted drafting and technical review with human editorial oversight
Documentation-engineering model
The core principle is that AI assists, deterministic rules validate where appropriate, and humans retain final approval. This keeps the workflow useful for modern AI-enabled documentation without treating model output as an uncontrolled publishing authority.
Value demonstrated
This work extends conventional technical writing into documentation product design, knowledge engineering, governed AI review, structured transformation, and AI-readiness preparation.
