A legacy documentation suite needed modernization to Oracle writing and publishing standards, improved online-help navigation, and disciplined support for frequent product and data releases.
What I delivered
- Modernized the legacy product-documentation suite
- Restructured the online-help system for improved navigation
- Supported one major and three minor releases
- Authored release notes and known issues for 12+ patch releases on My Oracle Support
- Updated data-release and installation instructions for AERS, VAERS, VigiBase, and MedDRA
- Maintained monthly, quarterly, and annual update schedules with zero missed deadlines
