This engagement covered long-running enterprise documentation for financial-services software across distributed India and United States teams. The work spanned multiple release cycles and combined hands-on technical writing with team coordination and client-facing documentation operations.
What I delivered
- Delivered enterprise product documentation across 10+ major release cycles in financial-services software and other domains.
- Produced documentation for the Mantas Behavior Detection Platform, Fraud Detection, and Oracle Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM) Solutions.
- Managed a small writing team and coordinated work across US and India stakeholders.
- Led knowledge-transfer sessions covering documentation processes and authoring tools.
- Maintained consolidated weekly status reporting for the documentation function.
- Represented the technical writing team in client project reviews.
Documentation leadership model
The role combined delivery and coordination. In addition to authoring and release support, I helped structure team communication, knowledge transfer, progress reporting, and stakeholder coordination so the documentation function remained aligned with product delivery.
